Don't you just hate it when somebody who's supposed to be helping you is snippy or tries to intimidate you with their techno-jargon? They are supposed to be working for YOU, but instead, they act like they're doing you a favor. It sure doesn't make your task any easier, does it? Nothing gets solved when people aren't genuinely friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. We "work hard" at being accomodating and friendly (actually it just comes naturally!), which makes the working relationship much more productive, and definitely more fun!
